Mat Stretch:  In this class we will combine dynamic stretching into the mat repertoire to release muscle tension and help restore balance to tight areas and find the the perfect combination of elongation and strength.

Fundamental Pilates: Great for beginners and seasoned Pilates practitioers, this class will teach you all of the skills needed as the foundation of your Pilates class.  Utilizing the equipment as well as the mat, we will focus on proper alignment, breathing, and muscular control.  Appropriate for people working towards pain free moving.
Open Studio/Self Guided Workout: Take your practice to the next level by working out on your own.  You will have access to all of the equipment and you can design your own workout.  See if you can make it through the whole sequence, spend time practicing an exercise you've been working on, or do all your favorites!  An instructor will be available to answer questions, provide suggestions, and even teach you a new exercise you've been wanting to try.
