Private Pilates Lessons
A private lesson is one instructor, one client, and a full apparatus studio — reformer, tower, chair, and mat. The session is built around the body in front of us: what it can do today, what you want it to do, and anything you're working around.
Privates suit people at both ends of experience. If you're rehabilitating after an injury or surgery, they let an instructor watch every repetition and adjust it. If you've practiced for years, they're where the detail work happens. And if you're new to exercise entirely, they're the gentlest way in.
Three session lengths
Most people book the full 55 minutes. The shorter sessions exist for the weeks when an hour isn't findable, and for anyone easing back into moving regularly.

Prefer to train with someone? A duet is a semi-private session for two, at $70 per person, and books on the same page below. See pricing & packages for packs and memberships.
Book a time
Pick a session length and an open slot. Duets book here too, and if nothing fits your week, send us a message and we'll find something.
New here? Start with five
We suggest five private lessons before joining group classes. It isn't a requirement, but it is the fastest way to learn the apparatus safely and the reason most of our long-term clients settled in as quickly as they did. The intro packages are built around that path.
Not sure which length or how often? Tell us what you're working with and we'll suggest a starting point — get in touch and we'll reply within within 1–2 business days.
